Our goal at Beyond Akeela is to create a community each summer where everyone feels successful and connected. We believe in partnering with parents to make sure that Beyond Akeela is the best program for every teen who attends.

STEP 1: Inquiry Form

Upon receipt of the Inquiry Form, we will be in touch to set up an initial conversation with you.

STEP 2: Enrollment Application

Reserve your teen’s spot in camp by completing the Enrollment Application.

• Beyond Akeela Enrollment Application

Families can save a spot at camp – with no financial commitment – while working with us to determine the best fit for their teen. The Enrollment Application includes a $500 deposit toward Beyond Akeela tuition. This payment is NOT processed or deposited until you and Camp mutually agree to enroll your teen in Beyond Akeela. STEP 3: Application Materials

We ask for the following application materials to help us get to know you and your teen.

• Part I – Parent Questionnaire
• Part II – Permission for the Release of Information
• Part III – Teen Questionnaire
• Part IV – Professional Questionnaire
  (We require that TWO professionals complete this questionnaire per applicant. Please share this link with the professionals listed in Part II above, and ask them to submit their questionnaire to us ASAP.)

Thank you for getting started! We will follow up with any questions we have as we receive the materials. We encourage families to engage in open and honest dialogue with us about whether Beyond Akeela is an appropriate community for their teens.

STEP 4: Camper Meeting

After all application materials above are received, we will arrange to meet you and your prospective camper via Google Meet, or in-person when possible.
